We are pleased to inform our patients that from Monday 3rd August, Pinner Road Surgery will be changing its Online Consultation provider from Anima to Accurx.
This change has been made to provide patients with a simpler, more user-friendly way to submit online requests to the practice.
What this means for you:
- From 3rd August, all online consultation requests must be submitted through Accurx, not Anima.
- The new system is quick, easy to use, and accessible via our website and the NHS App.
- You will be able to access Accurx directly through this website once the change goes live.
We believe this update will make it easier and more convenient for patients to contact the practice for medical advice, prescriptions, and administrative queries.
